Caragh O'Donnell Delaney
Caragh O’Donnell Delaney is a cross-disciplinary artist with a practice that incorporates painting, drawing, 3-dimensional works and collaborative working with strands of research.
Her approach to creating work is highly experimental and frequently incorporates drawing as source material or in final works. She is fascinated by lines as traces of human activity and as an expression of ideas, form and space
Recent works have returned to painting as a medium and explore memory, belonging and place using mark-making processes to represent real, remembered and imagined landscapes.
She has been practising as an artist for over 10 years, worked for festivals and arts organisations as a freelance artist, and taught and researched art practice at the University of Ulster.
