25 – 29 September, Portview Trade Centre
We’re excited to announce FUSE, Creative Exchange Artist Studios annual group exhibition 2025. Taking place in the iconic main hall upstairs in Portview Trade Centre, this year’s show will bring together work from 19 artists spanning painting, sculpture, installation and more.
The title FUSE - to join or blend together - reflects the bringing together of diverse practices from across the collective as well as the spark of energy and ignition that comes when work is shown and shared beyond the studio. It’s about collaboration, momentum, and new possibilities.
As East Belfast’s longest-running artist-led studio group, Creative Exchange provides space and support for artists to develop their practice while opening up new cultural experiences for the wider community. The annual exhibition is our programming highlight of our year – a chance to see fresh and ambitious contemporary art that's been made right here on the Newtownards Road.
Last year’s exhibition, BLOCK, attracted hundreds of visitors with a great buzz on opening. This year, we’re building on that momentum with even more artist members - thanks to our current Emerging Exchange Program - as well as some friends of CEx who we've invited to show along with us.
Join us at FUSE to explore new work, meet the artists, and be part of a vibrant celebration of creativity in East Belfast.
